Citizens Can Verify Savings Fund Balances via E-Mongolia

Citizens can now access the E-Mongolia platform to view their account statements for the "Savings Fund", including accrued interest calculated at the Bank of Mongolia's policy rate for the first half of 2025.

As of today, the Savings Fund has accumulated 627.1 billion MNT, with total capitalization projected to reach 1 trillion MNT by the end of 2025.

This fund represents the equitable distribution of Mongolia’s natural resource wealth to its current and future citizens. The capital is derived from two primary sources: 34% of dividends from state-owned mining enterprises under "Erdenes Mongol" and special royalty revenues (AMNAT) from the private mining sector.

In accordance with the Law on the National Sovereign Wealth Fund, these savings are designated to support citizens' needs in housing, education, and healthcare.
