Pursuant to State Great Khural Resolution No. 30, measures have been mandated to strengthen the governance of revenue-collecting entities of the Sovereign Wealth Fund and to develop a regulatory framework for the management of state-owned assets by the first quarter of 2029. 

To ensure implementation in line with policy objectives, the Government of Mongolia adopted Resolution No. 223, titled “On Certain Measures Concerning the Sovereign Wealth Fund,” pursuant to which the Charter of Chinggis Khaan Sovereign Wealth Fund LLC was approved.
